About Us

Nubah Social Care Ltd is a Domiciliary Care Agency specialised health and social care to those with age-related challenges, mental health needs, learning disabilities, drug and alcohol dependency, physical disability, brain injury, challenging behaviour and services for children.

We are an independent care agency providing care to our service users in their own home environment on a one-to-one basis. We provide care services to both the private and public sectors, and your needs for care and support are identified through an assessment; this may involve the Care Manager from the Local Authority.

Nubah Social Care believes that people are at the centre of everything that we do – our clients, their families and our team. Our aim is to become one of East London leading and most trusted home care agency for personalised in-home care and support.

OUR HISTORY

Nubah Social Care Ltd was founded in 2017 to provide specialised home care services to the Local Community in East London, with reference to the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, Newham, Redbridge, Barking and Dagenham and Hackney community in the Greater London area. As trust in our work developed, staff found themselves asked to help with the everyday personal needs of their clients.

By building the business carefully and considerately, never over-stretching and always having great value ‘ideal for promoting independence’. We also offer a range of other care-related services, home care, health and social care recruiting, professional qualification, training and development.

This very experienced care manager, care coordinator, team leaders and care worker team use their broad knowledge of care provision to ensure a high-quality service that supports the very diverse care packages that we look after. They use their own skills and expertise, along with a sophisticated computer system to coordinate our highly trained care workers in the field. We have also strategic management team to oversee human resources and staff development.
