What is Supported Living?
Providing cost-effective, affordable, residential living and support services for 16 to 65-year-olds and older.
We offer in Supported Living
- 24-hour staffing by certified nursing assistants, including – but not limited to – ongoing health monitoring and nursing assessments
- Assistance with daily living, including bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, grooming and transport to and from activities and dining
- Medication reminders, assistance, and set-up
- Three restaurant-style meals and snacks daily
- Nutrition assistance and prescribed therapeutic diets
- Engaging social and recreational activities and events
- On-site beauty/barber services
- Housekeeping and laundry services
- Home maintenance
- Health promotion and exercise programmes
What is supported living?
We work closely with specialist housing providers who will support you with managing your tenancy. Together, we will help you choose a property that best suits your needs.
Once we’ve helped you find the right place to live in, our in-house property development team is available to make any adaptations. For example, we can help with vital equipment such as using hoists and walk-in baths. If you are a wheelchair user, we will make sure that you can have access inside the property and also the garden. That is both safe and easily accessible.
A room will be offered which is suitable for your needs.
Our supported living homes come with good transport links and free wi-fi.

We support you to understand the options available when searching for the right home for you, including;
- Identifying if we have a suitable vacancy available in one of our existing locations
- Working with specialist housing providers and landlords to source appropriate properties
- Understanding if a home could be adapted to meet your requirements – our in-house property team can install specialist equipment, such as hoists and tracking, environmental controls, accessible bathrooms and assistive technologies
- Investing in the development of specialist purpose-built homes. We will invest our own capital or work with specialist development partners to meet the identified needs of people in a local community

Independent Living
We believe that everyone has the right to live the life that they choose for themselves. Our specialist support enables people to live happy and fulfilling lives in their own homes, with their own tenancies you could choose to live independently in your own with as much or as little support as you need. This could be in one of our already established properties, or we can work with you and our housing partners to source a property that meets your needs.
Shared Living
We can help connect you to other people who might want to live independently too but aren’t yet ready to live alone. You will have your own space but benefit from socialising with other like-minded people, sharing the communal spaces and sharing the costs of household bills.
Apartment Living
You may be looking for the best of both worlds. Your own modern apartment with some shared communal space so you can choose when and if you want to socialise. We have worked with our housing partners to develop this popular type of accommodation.
