The Interview Process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an initial face-to-face interview. You will be asked to bring along proof of identity, credentials, existing Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate if you have and eligibility to work in UK. Further reference checks will be conducted with referees that you have reported to in recent roles.
Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
All our sort listed employees need to go through Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Before we offer you a job, you must need to have a relevant DBS certificate. We’ll help you to get a certificate.
Get started
On acceptance of a verbal offer, we will ask you to sign an employment agreement letter, along with other commencement paperwork. Your will be provided induction which is your first introduction to our company. It will help you understand how we operate.
Once completed, you’re ready to start work with us.

During the first few weeks there will be a lot to learn. You will have a more tailored orientation program when you commence which may involve shadowing with other more experienced staff members.
